• You accept that odds, game availability and service features may change at any time without prior notice.
• You understand that gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live sports events and that no strategy or system guarantees a profit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663pk and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime or technical errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

663pk provides the Platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

663pk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event that:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• You fail to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold an account, including but not limited to being a minor.
